2025—ArtWorks' FALL EXHIBITION

Hours: Thursday -Saturday 11 am - 4 pm
Entry Deadline - on or before Nov 7, 11:59 p.m.
Entry form and entry fee due. After filling out and submitting the entry form below, return and pay entry fee to be eligible to participate in the exhibition. No changes in art/titles/mediums/prices after entering.

Members Only: $20 for one piece
Art Drop Off: Nov 8
Deliver your art piece Nov 8 to Ellis Walker Gallery 1-3 p.m. Early or late deliveries will not be accepted.
Opening Awards Reception: Nov 13, 5:30 pm
Awards announced at 6 pm. BOS, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, merit and Myra Dwyer award to Best Amateur.

Art Pick Up Date: Dec 19
Dec 19 pick up art 2:00-4:00 p.m. ALL ART MUST BE REMOVED AT THIS TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Presentation guidelines:
All works of art must be presented in a professional manner. Works intended for hanging must be properly prepared. WIRED BACKS ONLY FOR 2D - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please pull your wires tight, not loopy. The hanging system at Ellis Walker Gallery has changed, so again, please pull your hanging wire TIGHT! Art with sawtooth hangers will not be accepted. If your 3D art hangs, please make sure you have a tight wire attached to the back.
Maximum surface size for 2D work is 24” horizontal and 50” vertical (a frame is permitted). All 3D work must be stable and not weigh more than 50 pounds and not wider than 24” in any direction. Artists submitting works weighing more than 50 pounds must be on call to help with placements No video art accepted.

Rules:
Late entries are not allowed. If you did not submit your entry and pay online by November 7, your entry will not be accepted. All entries must be original and created within the last five years. It is okay if you’ve entered your art piece in past exhibitions, HOWEVER, if your art piece has won an award in any local exhibition, do not enter it. Greenware, utilitarian kits and over the counter craft items are not eligible. No “Sip and Paint” themed art accepted. All works created from natural materials must be stable, well seasoned, and reptile/insect free.
The ArtWorks’ exhibition committee along with the Ellis Walker gallery reserve the right to decline any work that does not fit the space. Installation art, art requiring electricity, or video art will not be permitted. Diptych and Triptych art must be cohesive and physically or visually connected to each other. Collaborative art not allowed.
