Members - $15 for one entry, $25 for two entries
Non-members - $20 for one entry, $30 for two entries

Awards Reception: Mon., June 30, 5:30 pm
Awards presented at 6 pm
Pick Up Date: Thur., July 24, 1-4 pm

Requirements:
All artists, 18+ years old, may participate. To save on your entry fee, become an ArtWorks member and join online at www.artworksbg.org. Download prospectus below for complete details.
Presentation Guidelines:
All works of art must be presented in a professional manner. Works intended for hanging must be properly prepared to hang professionally from a traditional wall hook. WIRED BACKS ONLY FOR 2D - NO EXCEPTIONS. Art with sawtooth hangers will not be accepted. Plexiglas is strongly recommended for works larger than 24 inches. If your 3D art needs a special hanging device, please bring it with you when you deliver your art.
Maximum size for 2D work is 62" horizontal/vertical. All 3D work must be stable and not weigh more than 100 pounds. Artists submitting works weighing more than 50 pounds must be on call to help with placement. All 2D and 3D works of art must be solid and stable. No video art accepted.
Rules:
Late entries are not allowed. If you did not sign up online by June 18 your entry will not be accepted. Previous winning art from any ArtWorks, inc., juried exhibition will not be eligible for awards. All entries must be original and completed within the last two years (2023-2025). Greenware, utilitarian kits and over the counter craft items are not eligible. No “Sip and Paint” themed art accepted. All works created from natural materials must be stable, well seasoned and reptile/insect free. The ArtWorks’ exhibition committee along with WKU Art & Design gallery, and WKU, reserve the right to decline any work that does not fit the space.
