opportunity for ArtWorks’ members!

Members who sign up for an inside space will receive a discount. Normally $78, ArtWorks members will only pay $40. There are only 10 spaces available so it is first come first serve - don't delay signing up.  ONLY ONE MORE SPOT LEFT, SIGN UP NOW!

To participate at the discounted rate artists must be a member of ArtWorks. You DO NOT need to apply with White Squirrel Arts Festival, only to ArtWorks, Inc. Fill out the form below and pay $40 by credit card or Pay Pal.

First come first serve. Please sign up before March 31, 2025.

Artists will be assigned an area in the brewery. Go to WSAF website to find out details about delivery and tear down: https://whitesquirrelartsfest.com/art-vendors/

All sales will be made directly to the artists. Artists will be responsible on how to accept payments. - cash (remember, have change on hand), credit cards, Venmo, Square, etc.  Electricity is NOT provided.

Artists must  be physically present at all times to sell work. Bring your sack lunch or food trucks are planned.

Participating artists agree to hold harmless ArtWorks, Inc., WSAF, White Squirrel Brewery, The City of Bowling Green and its staff/employees for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur while the artwork is on display. Participating artists agree to grant permission to ArtWorks and the WSAF to photograph or video artwork for advertising purposes.  

The $40 fee is non-refundable and must be paid when you submit the form below.

This is a fine arts and crafts sale, bring your own original work. Bring your best! Crafty items are not be accepted. Examples: greenware, sign board art, utilitarian kits, over-the-counter craft items, and/or “Sip and Paint” themed art not accepted. All works created from natural materials must be stable, well seasoned, and reptile/insect free. The ArtWorks Event Committee reserve the right to decline any work that does not meet the requirements.
