Awards Reception: Saturday, October 17th, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Awards presented at 6:30 pm
Awards given to Best of Show, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Merit Awards, the Myra Dwyer Award, and Best Newbie or Amateur.
Pick Up Date: Saturday, October 31st (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
If you cannot pick up your art on this date, please assign a friend or colleague to pick up your art, or do not enter.

After hitting the entry SUBMIT button, return to this page to pay the entry fee to be eligible to participate. To read about liability, sales, and print a label, download the complete prospectus posted at the bottom of this page.
Requirements:
Exhibitors must be members of ArtWorks, Inc. Join now, or check your membership status — all current members are listed in bold print on the ARTIST page.
Presentation Guidelines:
All works of art must be presented in a professional manner. Works intended for hanging must be properly prepared to hang professionally from a traditional wire hook. Plexiglas is strongly recommended for works larger than 24 inches. If your 3D art needs a special hanging device, please bring it with you, along with clear installation instructions, when you deliver your art.
Maximum size for 2D work is 60” horizontal/vertical. All 3D work must be stable and not weigh more than 75 pounds. Artists submitting works weighing more than 50 pounds must be on call to help with placement. All works of art must be solid and stable. The gallery does not have audio visual materials so video art cannot be accepted.
Rules:
Late entries are not allowed. If you did not sign up online/pay by Sept. 18th, your entry will not be accepted. Previous art from any ArtWorks, Inc. juried exhibition is not eligible. All entries must be original and completed within the last TWO years (2024-2026).
Greenware, utilitarian kits and over the counter craft items are not eligible. No “Sip and Paint” themed art accepted. All works created from natural materials must be stable, well seasoned, and reptile/ insect free. The ArtWorks’ exhibition committee along with the SKYPAC gallery staff reserve the right to decline any work that does not fit the space.
