Friday, July 28 - Exhibit Ends - pick up art, 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Artists attending the 5 pm membership meeting may collect their art after the meeting is over.
Participating artists agree to hold harmless ArtWorks, Inc., the Exhibition Committee, WKU and its employees for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur while artwork is on display. Participating artists agree to grant permission to ArtWorks, Inc. to photograph or video installed artwork for advertising purposes.
Purchases will be made by using the ArtWorks, Inc. website - www.artworksbg.org - and clicking on BUY EXHIBITION ART.
Payments will be made by credit, debit or PayPal.
After the exhibition ends, ArtWorks, Inc. will pay artists who have sold art, minus a 30% commission that will be donated to support scholarships in the WKU Art and Design Department. Artists are responsible for paying taxes on earnings. In addition, ArtWorks, Inc. will cover the percentage fee charged for using on-line payments - a perk for members only.
